Heyy, let me tell the people who's thinking bout visiting this facility ,ur playing at ur own risk .My wife had been goin to them bout 2 years or so but her Dr left over a year ago ,so then they had her goin to another Dr in da facility but never transferred her so therefore she dont have a so called primary dr.,so with that being said she's been having a medical issue in which Dr.Matobu hasn't resolved bcuz she simply dont care for wat my wife said..So we went by there to try an get a Dr. excuse to be out of work bcuz she's in alot of pain....They said they can't write one out for her bcuz she dont hv a primary Dr then we ask could we see her today its a emergency, oh she's here but she's send no patience today..Wth!!It feels great today my wife is no longer a patience there ..We got her medical records & ran far away!!
Worst experience from a primary care office. This facility does not answer the phone. I was seen in September and have called over a dozen times for my lab results. Left messages with no response. Furthermore, before my appointment I clarified with the check in lady that my insurance would cover my appointment, as discussed on the phone before my appointment. She assured me yes and that they were a tier 1 provider for my insurance and all I had to pay was my 20$ copay, as expected. Today i get a bill for 300$. Obviously it seems as if they can communicate but only when they want money from you. They are sending me a letter for 300$ but can’t answer my call for my lab results for my routine annual visit? I would not have even gone to this facility if they were not covered. I am extremely disappointed.
When I was divorced and a single mom this place really helped my health and well being. I had no insurance and couldn't afford to pay for any. Thank y'all for helping me out when I needed it.
I'm A current patient and I've never had a problem. Staff Members are courteous and Professional. Even if the individual is not a member of your "Care Team "... They're still willing to help. My Adult son is on the Spectrum and they are so patient and kind with him. I appreciate them so much. Thank you "First Choice" for all that you do.
I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for a refill of my thyroid medicine. I have called and left multiple messages. No call back and no one ever has answered. I call every day. The pharmacy has also been sending refill request that have gone Un answered. I had an appointment yesterday and told them about this and nothing has been done and still no medicine. I have had to result to using a friend's medicine that is a less milligram than what I am supposed to take but what else can I do. My doctor told me how important it is to take it and that I can't miss dose. But it must not be that important since I can't even get a refill.
