For me I have a great doctor named Patti Shelby. When I have questions and I call and leave a message for her she has always called me back. She is very good about helping me figure out how to pay for meds that these new Medicare advantage plans seem to think some very inexpensive meds now costs 200 upward to 1100. New laws have made it hard to just get the basics. Patti takes the time to figure ways around some of these. She is more a friend to me than just a great doctor. That's just one doctor there and there are many more that are great there also. 5 plus stars for me on this place.

They have everything you need in one building.. Doctor, Dental, Mental Health,Women's Center and they have their own pharmacy. They are usually good working with you with payment plans etc. If you don't have insurance its definitely a good place to go

I had probably one of the worst appointments of my life here. Dr. Joanne Carter made me feel like an inconvenience the entire time I spoke to her. I have never had to advocate for myself so much to feel like I was being listened to, especially for a health concern. Then, I reviewed my visit summary which was totally inaccurate - listing several in depth conversations that we weren’t had (which i would have loved to have honestly.) I will always strongly advise away from Jasper Good Samaritan.

They provide wonderful care compassionately. Dr. Owens is awesome. Brianna was kind and helpful when I unexpectedly had to reschedule 2 back to back appointments yesterday. I have Medicare now, but these providers saw me through 2 years without insurance after I became chronically ill. I will continue to see them. I recommend Good Sam highly.
