I've never had any problems getting a timely appointment, never had to wait over 15 minutes after signing in to be called back and the entire staff treats me as family. I have recently moved an hour away from the practice but I still use Oconee for all my health needs. I can never say enough great things about them. I recommend this practice to anyone searching for a health care home. Going to my Drs appointment is just like coming home.

I couldn't ask for anyone better! Dr Tam is everything a professional should be. He acts and carry his self accordingly. His staff is very warming, loving, and caring. Never met a office full of people who cares and listens. 5 stars is not enough to rate Dr.Tam and his staff, it needs to be higher. Thank you and your staff for taking so much pride and care into your profession. I never write reviews but I had to for Dr. Tam and Staff at Oconee Valley Healthcare Dental.

My mother is a patient here in this facility. The communication is awful. My mom had a cat scan to find nodules on her lungs. Dr. Edet never called my mom with the results. My mom has lost 4 people in her family from lung cancer. The doctor and staff was aware of this. And still to this date has not reached out to her about the results. Which is a life threatening condition. Currently my mother has been on oxygen full time. She’s in a worse condition than back in October 2024. She still has not heard from Dr. Edet to this date.

The staff here is an awesome bunch of people as well as their medical staff. The on-site pharmacy is awesome as well. The attention you receive with each visit is above and beyond most health care facilities give their patients now. Pharmacy staff makes sure you are taken care of also. Not to mention they a 5.00 plan on meds also. They also have a Dental clinic on site to. Call to make appt. had no issues getting threw and got appt. very fast.
