I would like to first say that the lady Holley on Katherine's wing is absolutely amazing and needs a raise. I don't know how much you pay her, but whatever it is, it's shameful and you should be paying her more. She's a life saver. Kathrine is very down to earth. I was a little nervous seeing her the first time but she quickly seemed like someone I could talk to about anything without feeling awkward. Very friendly and very helpful. The visits are also affordable. That's the reason I am giving 4 stars. However, there is a young lady that works at the front desk that is an absolutely douche. Yes you heard me correctly. My wife and I have always and continuously have problems with this young lady. No manners. No customer service skills whatsoever, and no professionalism. She is an A one jerk. She always has an attitude with me and my wife. She needs to be fired, plain and simple. The empty chair she would leave there would be a better desk rep than she could ever be. That's why you lose 1 star. If you fire her and get someone competent, like Kelly, who was there before her, then you get 5 stars.

A free clinic. I guess that’s why they could careless. I saw a man Dr who is on the weird side. Sat down and acted liked he cared had 101 questions. Came back for another appointment and this man did the bare minimum. I had a miscarriage which was the reason for my appointment. I would never go back. I got no answers. Second appointment couldn’t be seen cause Dr had to help someone with complications.
