Nearly everyone I have encountered here has failed me. They are beyond unprofessional. I had been going in for 2+ years with symptoms until finally getting diagnosed with Graves’ disease and then anytime I went in there afterwards they told me it’s not their job to treat patients with graves and I have heard the doctors say, “she thinks she knows so much but I’m the doctor”, like yes bc you were misdiagnosing me for two years. Then they prescribed me two drugs that can not be taken together bc they can make my heart stop and never told me that. Anytime I came to them with new or concerning symptoms they told me it was bc I wasn’t taking my medication correctly when they were not giving me the correct dose and my hair started to fall out amongst other things and was hospitalized due to their neglect. Will not ever be going back here.

This office has become increasingly unprofessional over time. Being notified only 30 minutes before a scheduled appointment that the doctor is unavailable and no one else can see my child is unacceptable. This appointment had been scheduled for months and was the first available opening. If the physician had planned time off, those appointments should have been rescheduled well in advance that is basic and reasonable practice. We travel over an hour specifically to see Dr. Kali, (we were already on rpute tp this appointment) yet the constant scheduling issues and lack of organization at the front desk make the experience no longer worth the time or effort. Given the ongoing disorganization and disregard for patients’ time, we will be transferring to a different pediatric office.
