This is the worst doctors office. I was a patient here for at least 10yrs if not more due to financial situations. I liked some of the people that worked there but my average wait time there to be seen when I had an appointment was 3 hrs. The longest I waited was 5.5 hrs. All though I always called my prescriptions in ahead of time, 80%of the time they still weren't ready and I would have to drive up there and wait hrs just to get my prescription. I started getting in the habit of calling my prescriptions in 2weeks prior and they still wouldn't be ready. This place is a joke. They really need to do better.
Hello, i just want to share the great customer service i experience from Valley Health in Columbus GA this morning on 01-16-26. I am very thankful that this young lady by the name of Shenika Dunbar answered my call. She was very nice, patience and courteous. This young lady deserves 5 stars!
Im not one to go the route of writing reviews, but I feel like I need to at this point. Ive been going to VHC for at least a year now for dentistry. I have insurance incase that matters to anyone. I came to have a set of top partials(started out that way)/dentures made and some fillings done, but in a year I have literally had nothing done to my mouth but numerous teeth pulled. I have not had a single tooth filled so the teeth that already y had decay and damage that needed filling have become so progressively worse that they either need pulling or crowning now instead of filling. Ive had teeth break completely off as well. I had an appointment back in December (an appt I had waited on for 2 months already) that I showed up for and was told my prior authorization didnt come back (thag I was told would only take about a week because it was electronic) so they had to reschedule me....for January 2026 (keep in mind, insurance deductables roll over each year). Fast forward another month to my appointment today in January 2026, and 4 hours before I am supposed to be there to FINALLY get the scans to do my denture, I get a call saying they are short staffed and have to reschedule me AGAIN...to not a few days away because of an issue they had, but all the way into February! This whole time my cavities could've at least been being filled, but nope...just more waiting. I HIGHLY suggest if you dont absolutely just have to go here because of financial restrictions or your insurance then take my advice and find somewhere else...YESTERDAY! Also, if you try to call for whatever reason; the phone never gets answered. The only positive thing I can say is that I've met a few offoce staff that were kind.
I had a great experience with the staff at the Ft. Benning Rd location, from the beautiful young lady at the front desk, to the medical stuff in the back, miss Kaliyah B. Miss Alicia H. Thank you for your help and professionalism. Thank you to my provider Dr. T. Brown for always been so helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate you all! Great service really matters in our area!
A first time visit for a filling will be my last time. I went in with a healthy attitude. I was warmly greeted by everyone. I saw Lashaunda Gill and she seemed OK until I heard the lie in the tone of her voice that they wouldn't hurt their patients as I explained about a visit to another dentist in town. I've been swabbed many many times and they never tasted like the bacteria filled swab that she gave me. Four shots in the mouth for a simple filling I've had before but never with the shots filled with something to double my cholesterol level. Two days after this visit I had to go to my doctor for blood and urine tests and medication for the awful thing that she had done to me. I hope she see this because I'm ready to lawyer down with paper results. She is the DEVIL.
