DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I had a terrible experience. I saw a doctor on 03/05 & he ran so many I necessary tests that I ended up paying $312 for lab work. I paid the $25 standard doctor office visit plus $53.22. Now they are trying to charge me ANOTHER $208 for the office visit. That’s crazy!!! Who pays $600 total for a simple office visit?!?!?! No thank you! I found a new provider. Hopefully this review will save others hundreds of dollars by avoiding this clinic. The first doctor who I saw that ran all the labs that weren’t needed wasn’t able to see me for a follow up to discuss the results if the lab work. So a NP saw me. She looked at my file and gasped when she saw all the labs that were done & made a comment about him being overzealous & she even said the labs were not needed. I’ve tried calling the office manager 2x, but she hasn’t called me back.
Dr. Tanya Singler is hands down the best. Caring, listens to you, not quick to dismiss. She helped me through my medical journey of ruling out underlying issues which helped me find some along the way and at least gave me peace of mind that my suffering isn't life threatening especially since I have alot of anxiety. I'd reccomend her and her staff in blue ridge to anyone. They have been very kind to me while other locations or even other ga mnt health locations were either rude, cold, or assumed the wrong things while I had other specialists confirm they were wrong. Thank you so much for being gentle and kind to me. It means alot.
Thank you for the excellent care. Here is a picture I meant to show Tina. Thank you for asking about my house and remembering me.
I took my granddaughter who just moved here and had no insurance. They were very very polite and caring. You can't expect a facility to be perfect in everyday, because I worked in a doctors office for a few years. Sometimes there is not enough staff, computers go down, and if you want great doctors, they have to take each patient seriously and ask questions so it makes it so time isn't on your side, but hey! Don't you want your problem resolved. Stop complaining, be thankful you have a place like this to go. Dr's offices don't take you unless you pay up front and it's a lot of money.
Our visit was a very long wait - maybe around 2.5 hours- but it was also a full house of patients. Once were called, things moved along very quickly but also the nurse and the doc allowed us time to ask questions. So while it went quickly in the back, it was not rushed. The medical staff was very friendly. I would say aside from the long wait, it was a pleasant visit for an urgent care. I saw a lot of bad reviews here about the front staff. I would say they were overly friendly but they also were not rude to me.
