The only problem I encountered, there are Physician Assistants who can t write prescriptions for certain medications. Even the ER is staffed with PA, and Don t go there with a chronic illness cause they will turn you away and tell you they only treat acute issues..I think they should staff that place with Doctors, even my PCP is a PA so why even go there? They should promote these PAs to Doctors if their education permits, otherwise I m moving back to Texas. IJS
For years I’ve used this practice! Rules change over time! I’d suggest going somewhere else! Found out today that my dr shouldn’t have been writing my meds if I was smoking! She’s known the entire time I smoke and my routine! Good luck with getting the care you need for mental help! She knows how bad it’s been then bam no help! Not only that I got charged 400$ for recent bloodwork! I have insurance and don’t do a sliding scale like the rest. Last visit I had a credit so they didn’t take a copay but when they went to do my bloodwork they wanted 50$ to the lady that took my blood. Only later the bill came for 400. I’ll go else where! Also feel like they want me to have this mental breakdown! You don’t take someone off mental meds when they have been on it for the last 15 years at least!
Elizabeth is so amazing! She has a kind and caring heart and this profession is one that is suited for her. She has always gone above and beyond for my family and me. She is available not only during working hours but after hours as well. This facility is very lucky to have such a great asset and provider. We need more like her. Thank you Elizabeth!
Worst service ever at the front door when you sign in and get your temp checked. The nurse that came out who was suppose to be asking questions about my son was more worried about who her coworkers name was and etc & the other incident that was going on at the time, it was honestly like she could careless & kept repeating the same questions over that i already answered. She gave my son TWO covid test which she was rough with! Had to stand outside under the carport for atleast 45 minutes in the heat WITH A ILL TODDLER until i was able to go sit in my car. Finally seen the Nurse and Nurse Practitioner about 10-15 minutes of sitting in my car & they were so friendly and nice and treated my son like he mattered and they cared and apologized for the long wait and the inconvenience.
please do not come here for an ultrasound or for any checkup on your pregnancy!!! they are an absolute joke and so incompetent. they used a 30 year old ultrasound and the OB was just a med student who is sent there once a week and he didn’t know how to use it and couldn’t find anything. he proceeded to tell me it could be ectopic or a miscarriage which sent me into a panic and i was crying my eyes out just to find out at the hospital that i’m just a little too early!! the staff up front is also so rude and scheduled me on the wrong day and i drove an hour and a half just to go back home!!!! i am appalled that they are even allowed to provide that service.
