The service was top tier and delivered with compassion. Very thorough, extremely professional, and informative. I highly recommend.
Its a clinic that allows patients to pay out of pocket for general healthcare services. I am giving two stars because while healthcare is expensive, transparency around upfront costs is critical—especially when you are on a budget. I visited the clinic for a specific issue. During the appointment, unnecessary tests were ordered that I was later billed for. This was surprising and frustrating, as I was explicitly told that services must be paid for upfront and I paid the amount quoted at the time of the visit. Receiving an additional bill in the mail afterward was disappointing. If tests or labs are being ordered, the costs should be clearly communicated in advance so patients can make informed decisions about whether they want to proceed. The test I was billed for is one I would have declined, and based on my conversation with the practitioner, it should not have been ordered at all. As a result, I did not feel listened to or respected as a patient. Ultimately, I paid a significant amount for an exam and unnecessary labs and left without treatment, guidance, or even suggestions to try at home. For me, this was a waste of both time and money.
Dr. Whittaker ❤️amazing doctor she addressed all my concerns made my children feel welcomed and comfortable. Arlonda and Nia the front staff outstanding service interacted with my children made them at ease made them feel comfortable. Sharri the MA for peds! My kids love her she is so joyful and fun and full of life my kids loved her. Daye she is lovely wasn’t even her department and she made sure to speak and make my kids feel comfortable as well as well as myself. The other lady with the short blond bob ehh I believe her name is Andrea I don’t know she just stared without speaking it’s very rude and unprofessional to stare and not speak she just look mean and evil I got a negative energy from her. Face wasn’t so welcoming almost made my son cry. Other then that experience with that entity my kids had an amazing experience there my kids will be returning ❤️. Honestly if it wasn’t for Sharri, Daye, Nia and Arlonda and Dr Whittaker I would not be returning because they made me change my mind by their actions and making me feel like family and welcomed I decided to stay they made my experience amazing ❤️❤️❤️
Ms. Arlanda and Daye were extremely welcoming and helpful as soon as I walked in. They greeted me promptly and got me signed in right away. I was only in the waiting area for about 5 minutes before being called back. I can’t remember the nurses name that got me all set up but she was very nice and made me feel comfortable. Dr Wilson was AMAZING. Beautiful sprit and just a pleasant personality. Not once did anyone make me feel rushed which is what I have experienced with other practices. I will definitely be back and this will now be my primary location. It’s even better that it is in my community
