From the moment I entered the building, the experience was pleasant. I went to the office and had a pleasant greeting. Doc was spot on; she reviewed my chart and was able to update me on information I had forgotten. She was attentive and knowledgeable about my medical history. Most importantly she provided me with a plan of action.

Told them why I was scheduling my appointment over the phone just for them to tell me when I get there that there is no doctor available to help me. So they give me a young goofy who examined me and suggested my illness was just a skin tag…. With a bunch other might be’s when I told her what it was! My persistence later revealed exactly what I thought with a more prestigious facility who ran the right tests and labs. Please save your time, money and good sense and look elsewhere. I now have specialists who are treating me. They are clueless and don’t listen

Dr. Proctor was so sweet & gentle to my new born baby. She didn’t cry at all while being checked & you could tell she was so soothing for my baby. Highly recommend for first time moms especially like myself. I had no worry when she picked my baby up and I am very over protective.

Awesome I literally am in love with Emilea N. Mfortow, FNP-C she is so professional so helpful she responds so fast to any messages I send her! She is a true professional in her field. All the lab test that I should have know about as a 36 year old women and didn’t she put me up on them. Shared her knowledge and why I should get them I’m so very grateful. I have recommended my sister and two friends and I will count one to do so. Emilea Keep up the great work you are truly needed! Also I love the medical center it makes it so easy to get the services you need with everything that is good I highly recommend!
