went here a few months back to get help to get medical insurance for my son. i was patient and i tried to get in contact a few times. the one lady who took care of me never answered her phone so i decided to call the location. i told them my troubles and it could clearly tell how upset i am. my son has gotten sick and i have been paying out of pocket. the man who answered told me the lady i spoke to is no longer with them and she deleted everything. so ? no one was working on my case these whole 5 months and i wasnt told ? it would be really nice to know that our case was dropped months ago. now we have to wait more to get accepted somewhere else . thanks alot.
Thank so much Mr John Nguyen, You’re a good teacher.
I had to repeat myself several times as the tax rep seemed so confused. They did not state on the phone or voice mail message that I needed to bring my SS Card. I had to go home and get it. There is no privacy as they cram so many people in each room and also have another person sit at your table to do your taxes. I had to stop 2 different customers from listening to my conversation. The person helping had to go get help from and IRS rep because he did not have correct info even though his badge said advanced.
I used to be a part of the youth program at this location. However when I left for school in another state. I found out they still put my name on events I did not attend because I was not in Georgia at the time. Also I have gotten in touch with them several times to enroll my sister. Have not heard back. I do not doubt they help people I think they just are focused on one group more than equal distribution to the whole asian community.
This place helps so many people from the community to help improve standards of living through community classes, civic engagement, and assistance in applying for programs when in need.
