This place is a joke, they completely miss handled my background screen. I've tried to talk to someone to resolve it and I keep getting put on hold for over thirty minutes or sent to the wrong department. The incompetence in this agency is mind blowing and they're here to insure our safety. I'm just going to get an attorney and place this agency's dirty laundry out for the world to see. Florida man is alive and well in ACHA!!!!
