Still need to set up appointment I heard they help

this place picks and chooses who it wants to help, i called ahead to make sure I had all the correct forms needed to a recertification bought them all in waited in line with one spanish women in front of me, they called for a medical appointment she went to the counter not a single person called again I waited no one called even tho 2 tellers had time to chat with each other. then a black women walks in and walks right up to the counter and they started helping her without even acknowledging me, so after saying something they call me over and then proceed to tell me I didn't bring rhe right forms even tho I confirmed with the call center that the forms I had were correct and usable. The lady told me the call center doesn't know what they are talking about and gave me the wrong information, and then told me I had to make an appointment to come back in for recertification witch is the opposite of what I've been told on the phone and in person. this place is racist and picks and chooses who it wants to help if your white you won't get any help you will just get the run around next time I will get a better tan for when I come in and hopefully I will get some decent treatment.

I came in an hour early from my eye appointment. I was checked in immediately and they called me in less than 10 minutes after the first person they called up. The Optometry crew were lovely people. :)

Dwayne and Dawn In The Community Health Center pharmacy are amazing people, both so kind, polite and professional, Dawn the Pharmacist always takes time and goes over everything with you and Dwayne never lets you leave without making sure you don’t have any questions and if so he will always get you a answer 👍he’s really great! and Esther up front, in the check out center is so nice, she is always eager to help and always so kind as well. These people are just one example of how great Community Health Center in Winter Garden are, because the list goes on, I have always encountered great visits with all the doctors and the rest of the staff as well.
