Awesome Doctor and staff , God bless and cover them continuously and forever amen! I’m grateful and blessed to have found them Humana patient here!! The front staff took the time to explain my insurance to me help me call my insurance to change to them. I love it here. Keep up the great work God got you.!!
Everyone here is so patient and kind. They answered all my questions and the care I received was great. They were on top of it and would recommend :)
This is a joke of a business. So difficult to get in touch with, they do not respond to messages through their portal. Here's an example, only one of many, I wanted to get some blood work done before the new year as I was no longer going to have insurance. I sent them a message through the portal, which states "please allow up to 48 hours for a response" on December 7th asking what the best means to go about it was. On December 17th after not hearing from them for 10 days, I made a video appointment. Spoke with Louis. She told me she would have the order sent to Quest lab that day. I payed my copay for this. 3 days later I went to Quest lab, they had nothing in tge system for me. I called to find out what was happening and what the holdup was, I was told by their message service they would get back to me that day. I called the next day and was told they were out until after the 5th of January. Told them I just simply needed some doctor on call to click a couple mouse buttons on thier computer and send the order to Quest lab for me. It is now January 7th, obviously too late for me anyway, but have yet to get a single response from at least 3 to 4 different portal messages and 7 or 8 left messages with their answering service. In a state that is ranked one of the lowest in the country for healthcare, and a country that's ranked one of the lowest on the planet for first world countries, this is got to be one of the worst places in America to have to deal with. And they ripped me off since they charged me a copay and did absolutely nothing they said they were going to. Please don't waste your time with this half-assed clinic style operation that don't even employ a technical doctor
I know this is a community health center but so far I'm receiving better care than I got with a private doctor. Every referral was actually completed. It's sad to say that my old PCP office was so unorganized. I look forward to better health working with Dr. Judith Louis and the staff.
I felt super comfortable as a new patient. I had to switch primary care physicians due to insurance. The staff was patient and kind. They went above and beyond. I'm glad I found this office. I appreciate Carlos and Sheronda's professionalism. Dr. Louis was super nice and accommodating.
