My experience here was not the best. I got the feeling that the staff just wanted to get rid of me and hop on the next customer. I told them my symptoms and they just told me to take a specific kind of medicine and Thats it. This is not a relational primary care this is a transactional primary care. They see you as a transaction not a human with a soul. They will prescribe you whatever they think will help and move to the next they will not explain your concerns and deeply listen which is what a healthcare provider should do.

Great Dental Experience!!! I have been to many dentist’s offices in the area and this office, inTampa,FL, is AMAZING. The Dentist is educating, in the most caring, understanding way! The office runs like a well oiled Machine! They are all on the same team, just keep your appointment date, they will guide you all of the way. Thank you so much all of you, we need to thank and show appreciation for a few careers and/or jobs, that often go unnoticed. Teeth are so important!!

Our experience today was wonderful. The front desk staff was nice, the patient care technicians, Candy and Daniella were both AWESOME and the attending physician was EXCELLENT! They were all aware of my son being on the Autism Spectrum and they engaged him with meaningful conversation and kindness combined with professionalism.

I appreciate that the office was able to schedule my mom’s appointment quickly, and the nurse practitioner took the time to go over everything during her annual check-up. However, there was an issue with her prescription not being sent correctly, which led to several back-and-forth phone calls and unnecessary delays. Unfortunately, this causing my mom to go without her hypertension medications for a week now . I hope this can be improved in the future to prevent delays

I like the fact that you can have a telehealth and be able to get you meds and referrals done in the comfort of your home since I have social anxiety. To be able to get someone quick is a plus for me. The doctor is the best he knows my chart and my needs without asking. His the best. Calling Tampa Family the they are so willing to help you with all your need to make sure you get your appointment and make it on time. Will recommend 10/10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
