The receptionist was extremely rude! I just wanted to change the time, and they gave me the cold shoulder and were incredibly impatient! If you don't like working at the front desk, you don't have to go!

I contacted this office today to schedule a dental appointment but was disconnected while speaking with a staff member. When I called back, I was only given the option to leave a voicemail for a return call. At approximately 4:05 p.m., I received a call back from a staff member. During the scheduling process, I politely asked if there were any appointments available in the near future before proceeding with setting up the patient portal, as I did not want to take unnecessary time if availability was too far out. She responded in a dismissive and rude manner, stating that I had to set up the portal first. After providing my name and date of birth again, I was told that appointments were available for the entire day in March. When I attempted to ask about specific times, I was interrupted and told again that the full day was open. I then calmly expressed that her tone was coming across as rude, at which point the call was abruptly disconnected. At no time did I raise my voice or speak inappropriately to warrant this response. I sincerely hope that these calls are recorded, as this experience was both unprofessional and frustrating. When I attempted to call back once more, I was again directed to leave a voicemail.

Don’t listen to the negative reviews - my wife is pregnant and the staff was wonderful. We showed up 20 minutes early to be on the safe side, had some new patient paperwork to fill out, and before we were even done filling it all out they were calling our name to start the appointment. The young lady walking us to the exam room was nice and welcoming. The PA Marissa who did the OB exam was amazing! super friendly and knowledgeable! You can tell she’s passionate about health care. I left their office feeling well taken care of. They checked all the boxes as far as a full pregnancy evaluation. I never felt rushed nor judged for not having insurance. I’ll be back next month.

Worst dr office ever! My son broke his arm and needed a referral for an orthopedic after visiting er. Waited over a hour on hold just to be told he couldn’t be seen for a week. Was told they would ask the dr to give me a referral without appointment. Called back to find out what happened waited an hour and half on hold. Was told the dr would not without appointment. I asked why it was ok to let a child suffer for that long and they hung up on me.
