I’ve been a patient here for over 20yrs as well as my 2 adult children were seen here nearly all their childhood. I’ve never had a complaint except during and the first yr after Covid. My complaint was the length of time it took to get referrals. But then again, didn’t we all have complaints back then lol. I’ve seen many APRN’s and Doctors over the years each has treated me with the up -most respect and care. I’ve had good insurance and could go anywhere but never have I given it a second thought. The ladies of AZA are always respectful and still to this day ask me how my babies are doing (my babies are 30 & 28yrs old) to me it speaks volumes about the staff and many actually call them by name when asking how they’re doing. AZA is a 10/10 for me.
I made 3 appointments for myself , husband, and child . On December the 11th, 2025. I scheduled theses appointments 1 month in advance. I received a text 3 days before the appointment ( we been trying to call you ) NO CALLS AT ALL . The Dr. George decided to leave early at 2 pm . So he has to cancel. Excuse me . We scheduled in advance and all 3 took off from work , missing work now . Do NOT go to this office . The doctor will cancel your appointments at the last minute then can’t reschedule until February. 2 months later . This is not the way to run a business. If my doctor has no common courtesy and respect for my family , why on earth would I trust you with Our health ?
I had to click the one star in order to leave a review. This office has maybe one or two nice employees, but please avoid if you value your health. Extremely dismissive and downright rude. My husband has multiple organ failures due to high turn over rates and not one of those doctors requesting blood work in the decade he has been there. Not one.
The mens room has no grab bars. In my condition I can't use it with out help.. It's seems like a medical physically would do.
NO STARS! I waited a month for my first appointment. Going in early like they asked and they told me it was cancelled. Soni asked who could cancel my appointment, had no clue who or why. Soni go home and call the appointment dept. Ask the same question get the same answer. So I would NOT recommend going to this place. NO STARS!
