Everyone from the person who schedules your appointment to the nurses and physicians are exceptional people who truly care and help you! My experiences have ALWAYS been wonderful. Candice is my nurse and is always professional, knowledgeable, kind, caring and goes over and above to take care of me. Dr. Brophy is my primary doctor and I feel so blessed to have him as my physician. He is phenomenal. I won’t make a move health wise without him!

Adam at the Heart of Florida Health Center truly went above and beyond. He took the time to genuinely listen to my concerns, fully understand my situation, and made sure I received the medical attention I desperately needed. I never felt rushed or dismissed—he was compassionate, patient, and proactive every step of the way. On top of that, he provided clear and helpful information about whether the facility accepted drug assistance programs, which made a huge difference for me. His dedication and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. Adam is an absolute asset to this health center, and I’m incredibly grateful for his support and the positive impact that Adam has made on the community, as well as my needs as a patient.

Been coming here for dental since last year and have seen Michael Bu, he’s been great. He has great bedside manner. I have high anxiety of dental procedures and he is very understanding every time. I highly recommend to see him, especially if you struggle like me with dental anxiety or are nervous. The dental area is always clean and all the assistants I’ve had, have been super nice.

The care was really good Dr sparksman was excellent and took beautiful care of my teeth and is always so kind. The receptionist is rude though and was talking bad about other patients , other than that good care and they do over bill sometimes so watch your bill fees and insurance.

The staff here is great. Everyone very friendly, professional and works well with children and teenagers. That being said, the organization here needs work. I can't reach anyone on the phone for dental, calling the number ending in 6599. I know it is a busy day on a Monday but this is too much. The message machine is full I think, so it will just hang up on you after waiting on hold 6 minutes. Just happened to me 9 times in a row after I was told to call them at 8am sharp on this date for a new patient appointment. It's been 50 minutes now of being hung up on by the answering machine. This morning is the only time they are allowed to accept new patients, and the 27th of each month. Even if there is a "dentist shortage" (aka underpaid dentists in ocala), at least pay someone to pick up the phone please. Or maybe pay your dentists more and hire a few people for phones so you aren't steady pissing people off. All of the staff has been wonderful doing what they can with what they have. Thank you Dr Munguba for hearing me, having patience and being great with my daughter.
