I called this place at 4:37 the woman who answered the phone said that she take my information and have someone called me back when I asked her what time do they close the lady on the phone told me they closed at 6 pm but someone will call back asap .. when I went to google the company information I seen that they closed at 5 pm daily .

The phones lines are never working you have to leave a message and wait several days for a call back to schedule an appointment or speak directly to someone I was referred to a oral surgeon who only pulled the teeth that she wanted to pull and not all that was needed a claim was submitted to my insurance for a service that wasn’t needed I kept calling back to resolve the issue and schedule a appointment for a cleaning but some one from staff kept texting me to contact my insurance instead of calling me directly to resolve the issue they want to do everything expect clean your teeth it’s so frustrating dealing with this dental facility I regret choosing this place

I highly recommend to please not come here unless you have went through all your dental locations and they are your last resort. Certain receptionists are unfriendly especially over the phone. Whenever they happen to pick up the phone, they have no phone etiquette once so ever and have terrible appointments times that even the dentists don’t want to accommodate you. The receptionist office and dentist do not communicate with each other professionally and I have seen them have disagreements about each other or talk about certain staff members while clients are present which highly unprofessional. The main dentist, who they overbook, is rude and will not give you constructive feedback on dental care. She just shames you and tells you what not to do. All her advice is limited to “brush your gums.” They claim to take all insurances but don’t and will look you an your eye to create appointment 6-8 months later and I’m not talking about cleaning like filling or other appointments only to call you up the week before your long awaited appointment and say you have to reschedule because their understaffed . Or they book you for cleaning only to show up and say that they can only do x rays today like excuse me. It’s not fair, you take off of work or school to accommodate them and they can’t even have the courtesy to tell you upfront when you arrive that this will happen. Instead, they make you fill out paperwork, wait in the office for like 15-20 minutes only to bring you in the back and quietly say the truth. It’s ridiculous!! Please do not waste your out of pocket money or insurance money on them. It’s a waste!!

Love Dr.Kirwan...been going to her for years for my children's care she has my child's best interest at heart.She has been caring for both my sons since birth,my oldest being 12yrs.I literally moved out of county 400miles out and refused to change their Pediatrician.I managed at the time to make sure they get their checkup and shots through her only.My kids couldnt get any better care other than her and her great staff.When she move location I followed her.
