At the front desk to the primary care. We have a lady over there she not polite at all. This is the 7 time she attacked me. Every time I feel very upset and sad when she attacks me like that. Yesterday, my husband had an appointment with his primary care. I wanted to come with him to see the doctor , she said no, she put me out.
They good doctors i just don't like i have to keep going to the office saying i need an appoiment and that the only way they call me and give me one.
The phone system has gotten worse last time I was at least able to get to the billing department. But now after 3 or 4 rings it just cuts off. This has been an issue for at least 4 or 5 months now.
Complaint and Suggestion Regarding the Telephone Appointment System The medical care we receive is generally of good quality, and I appreciate the work of the healthcare staff. However, the appointment scheduling system is extremely inefficient and causes significant frustration for us as patients. The fact that appointments can only be made by phone creates a bottleneck that leads to long wait times, unanswered calls, and often the inability to book an appointment when it's needed. This system is clearly inadequate for the current demand. If this were a private service, such issues would not be tolerated. Who is responsible for this situation? It's clear that there is either not enough staff to handle the volume of calls or the phone system is not equipped to manage the load.
In my recently visit to this helt center i can say that this is a very quit place where i have filled nice peace and confident about the personal attend me today , the person at the counter , the nurse , and the doctor , all they very nice and kind people , and for last and no less important , this is a very silent and clean place , i appreciatte so good services.
