⭐☆☆☆☆ DO NOT COME HERE. DO NOT TRUST YOUR HEALTH, YOUR LIFE, OR YOUR MENTAL PEACE to this incompetent clinic. This is THE WORST OF THE WORST OF THE WORST. Disorganization, zero professionalism, and total disregard for patients. If you choose to come here, you do so at your own risk. Don’t say you weren’t warned.
This place was supposed to help me. Instead it traumatized me. The place is disgusting. The staff are absolutely horrible beyond words. They walked around making fun of us and treating us worse then prisoners. One guard stood up for me when staff slammed me on the floor leaving me bruised. I am forever grateful for that man who stood up giving me comfort and giving me hope. It was torture. They should be investigated because as a witness to this all, it was physical and mental abuse.
Very helpful, they are helping me fight addictions, the only downside is not Citrus itself, but it is Claudia the psychiatrist, but aside from that this place and their programs are 5 stars, Ms. Lopez (Elie) and Ms. Perez (Lori) are very helpful they are good at what they do.
This place is horrible. They do not care about you or your well being. Horrible experience with doctor Delgado. They are not fit to deal with mentally disabled people and it shows. They refused to give me my refill even though i have been taking the SAME medication for over TWO YEARS just because i missed ONE appointment for the first time in years. Even when i asked to reschedule it they didn't have anything available for weeks. I had to experience withdrawal pains and in the end i ended up making an appointment with a different private psychiatrist that isn't from Citrus. Do not put yourself or your child in this situation. Go look for another place. I will never come back here.
I wasn't that satisfied with my experience at Citrus. The only reason that I tried coming here was to try to get an individual therapist for my daughter. We saw a psychiatrist and then he referred us to Citrus Embrace that works alongside FIU. It's hard to reach their office to speak with anyone and even then, the next part in the process was to see a psychiatrist at this different office so that we can finally be referred to a therapist. There's too many unnecessary parts of the process just to have my daughter finally assigned with a therapist. At first, I was scared coming here because I saw people that looked either homeless or very low-income coming here and showing up as patients. The wait time was not terrible (roughly 45 minutes as a walk-in) and my daughter saw Dr. Marcos Cintron. He gave helpful suggestions as a psychiatrist and I believe that professionally, he was giving his all to help our case. He was knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate as a doctor should be. I've been to other doctors that are either nice but not knowledgeable or mean but knowledgeable. But I would say he is a good blend of qualities needed for a child psychiatrist.
