Terrible terrible terrible prenatal care. I am currently 9 months pregnant, and ever since the 9 weeks of pregnancy my pregnancy has been a headache because of this corporation, BOTH SUMMERLIN AND DOWNTOWN LOCATIONS. They cancel your appointments with the excuse the doctor is not in, and they canât get a doctor to see you until after 2 weeks that they have something available, just to go and cancel again. They donât have ultrasound machines or radiologists to check on your baby, everything has to go through a third party- usually Radiology Regional, but their staff is so incompetent that they canât even send an ultrasound order correctly. I have been waiting since week 28 for the order to be sent, by week 31, Radiology Regional was supposed to receive it, they never did because the doctor never signed it. Two weeks after, they supposedly sent it, comes the day of my ultrasound APPT, and it gets cancelled because they sent the wrong order from five months prior!!! This is unacceptable. You have to make more than 8 calls a week to get them to do their job, just for them to tell you they canât help you. They expect you to do their job. As a pregnant person, you are supposed to be proving quality care, and all they do is add on stress and frustration. They treat you extremely rude over the phone, and if you donât put your foot down, your problem will never get resolved. Their wait times are atrocious, expect to wait 2 hours after your set appointment time, just to be seen for 2 minutes. What an unprofessional, unethical, irresponsible health center. They schedule over 100 âcustomersâ because you canât even call it patients considering they donât offer any type of health quality service. All because they want to make extra money instead of providing the necessary care, especially for pregnant women.
The Spanish Woman (La Lisa?)...at Ft Myers phone reception is a WINNER and PERFECT to get things directed. One person. Everything done. ALL Data updated. Addresses all confined fast. Wonderful to use a Human! This Young Lady? Different. Capable. Navigated Her computer like the designer using Her brain and experience. She turned 5 future time consuming button-pushing automated computer AI phone calls that would have been days of back and forth communications and verification processes onto... Heck. She did 5 different departments into 1 call. Did it all Herself. Wham! Wow. That's the power of talking with a human. Very easy to understand and patient with me while I needed help while conversing in pain empathetically but intelligently. Family health should be proud to have her. Give Her a RAISE for perfection. B4 Dr Sanchez left Fam Health, I'd give a 5âââââ for sure! But since I got a DIF Dr its HORRIBLE! THIS DR HAS BAD PR WITH PATIENTS & BEYONDÂĄ! PERIOD.
