My 81 y.o.father and I called for info to help a family member in a serious mental health crisis. Ashanti answered and could not have been more impatient or rude to 2 people simply asking questions. I cant speak to their services because after speaking to her we would never trust a loved one to be placed in their care. Ashanti is in the wrong line of work and setting a terrible tone for a place you call hoping to literally save someone's life. Stay far away.

The social workers, particularly Charlotte Sweet, don't care. She didn't care, that I was being ripped off for $550.00 a month, by a family member. She didn't care. I had an ex boyfriend text me to hang myself in the garage; got no support from her. She complained about the addicts she had to bake act; addicts are important ther, nit people struggling with depression and trauma. She is an example of the people that work there; they all care more about their cell phones than patients. It's all on camera; want to sit on your cell phone all day? Become a tech at Stuart Marchman in Daytona. She was late to appointments; primarily because she was baker acting another client. I did not matter to her or SMA at all. I asked for one in DeLand, and hopefully I can get one does his orher job. I am waiting; I hope it is soon.

Andrea. At the c.s.u - unit. Was a blessing. She treated patients with care. She was a great upliftment for everyone in the unit. She did her best and never gave a patient any strife on what they were asking for. She was a blessing.... Wish more were out there like here. She handles patients cares like they were her own. Thank you Andrea.😁👍

they threaten the use of force if i did not strip naked for them i was abused mental and denied a lawyer this place is horribly and should be shut down. i cant believe this is legal to detain someone against his or her will when they are not displaying any reason to do so. they have made my situation worst they did not help me in anyway they held me against my will now i have PTSD i fear the police that denied me water and held me in a car that was hot, i was in pain and they did not care how did this help me i ask in what way! i was released after talking to a doctor duh! i should never have been put in the place i was drunk and allegedly made comments i don't even remember making. when i was detained i was as polite and followed all directions this is a abuse of power by the PD and i demand reform of the baker act why is a doctor not in the filed to talk to a person before they put them behind bars, taking someones freedom is horrible i was told its not criminal so how can they do this now i'm in pain mentally they did not help the situation only made it worst now i have anger towards them smh!

Absolutely the WORST place ever! Would NEVER EVER recommend anyone to go here, the woman at the front desk is so disrespectful and they always schedule you an appointment and then tell you the wrong dates and it's absolutely ridiculous and they have absolutely no respect for anyone that isn't the same color as them I am very glad that I chose to go to oasis they are amazing and they care about you no matter what color you are!
