I have been to this office three times, and it is by far the worst medical experience I’ve ever had. The first doctor I saw was dismissive, so I assumed we simply didn’t mesh and requested someone else. Unfortunately, the second doctor—whom I saw twice—was even worse. Today’s appointment will absolutely be my last. She was inappropriate, unprofessional, and shockingly insensitive. She asked inappropriate questions, judged me, and repeatedly shamed me while I sat there crying. Instead of offering care, compassion, or even basic professionalism, she continued speaking to me in a hurtful, demeaning way until I couldn’t respond anymore. I came in with legitimate health concerns, overwhelming work hours, and symptoms that I wanted evaluated. Instead of listening, she attacked my parenting, told me I “need to be a mom,” questioned why my partner wasn’t “supporting me financially,” and advised me to “just quit” my job. None of this had anything to do with my medical concerns. It was disrespectful, irrelevant, and completely out of line. This is especially frustrating considering that earlier visits resulted in me being dismissed—only for me to later discover (with no help from them) that I had dangerously low iron requiring a transfusion and stomach lining bleeding. Had they taken me seriously from the beginning, I could have received proper care sooner. Today I came in to recheck my bloodwork and express how much I’ve been struggling, hoping for guidance. Instead, I left feeling attacked, shamed, and worse than when I arrived. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and deeply concerning. The ONLY positive experience here has been the woman in the lab who drew my blood. She was kind, professional, and genuinely comforting—someone the doctors here could learn from. I am requesting that management reach out to me directly regarding the unacceptable behavior I experienced. This needs to be addressed
This group is the most unprofessional, lazy Disorganized bunch of wannabes. They couldn't even pretend to be a real healthcare group. My wife has been waiting for two months to get a knee replacement. She's in horrible pain and they keep losing her blood tests or forgetting to look at test results, forgetting to sign papers. I could go on and on, but by now I think you have the picture, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone
*1/5 Stars - Gross Negligence and Unprofessionalism at Premier Community Healthcare** **URGENT ATTENTION REQUIRED FROM ADMINISTRATION** My fiancé's recent visit for vertigo and anxiety treatment was appalling. * **Medication Error:** Despite a documented antihistamine allergy, the nurse prescribed medication containing it. * **Unprofessionalism:** The nurse made an irrelevant, offensive comment about my fiancé's weight, causing emotional distress. * **Lack of Alternative Treatment:** No alternative solutions were offered for vertigo or anxiety. * **Racial Undertones:** The weight comment may have been racially motivated, further exacerbating the situation. **Demands:** 1. Nurse disciplinary action 2. Mandatory staff sensitivity and diversity training 3. Formal apology to my fiancé **Administration, please investigate promptly.** This isn’t happened on March 24, 2025
It’s just sad you know here it is you have a medical problems. Don’t have the insurance you need to get the problem fixed and you have to rely on providers like this. So the first time was my primary care doctor, which was a woman she was too much in a rush then I care then I wanna listen to my problem what was going on? Now I get a referral for my hip and they can’t even give me a referral because they give me the wrong referral for the right instead of the left so I drive 30 miles to my doctors appointment to see Florida orthopedic doctor just to get told we cannot see you. So depressed so upset I am in a lot of pain and you go to a doctor for help and they don’t even help you or even offer any type of comfort just hang the phone up on you. It’s not their problem they can care less.
Whoever was on the phone to make my appointment was extremely difficult to work with and couldn’t properly take information after it being repeated multiple times. Waited 10 minutes on hold only to work with her on the phone for another 15 minutes just getting names/birthdays. Was interrupted everytime i’d try and give correct information leading to miscommunication
