The resident doctor was fine but I arrived at 10:30 for my 11am and I saw the doctor at 1:10pm. Doctors appt last 20 min and I had to wait another 20 min for the Summary visit which never came. Nobody let you know what’s going on and you wait and wait and there is nobody around to ask a question. I left at 1:55pm 3 hrs of waiting inside doctor’s room. That was a totally lack of respect and empathy. The sad part is it is not the first time this happens and it seems they don’t care.

CHI was amazing! My only complaint would be the wait time, I had an appointment at 9:00 and wasn’t seen until 12:30. BUT it was worth the wait, they filled my medication within minutes and I was done.

I love the place. I really like the professionalism of my doctor Elisabeth Philippe. CHI is a great community that helps so many patients around there. The stag is friendly, courteous and efficient. What more to ask ?

The doctor I had was very helpful and I found staff at the office very friendly. CHI as a healthcare organization is ridiculous. Customer Service can't even schedule appointments correctly after your 15 minute wait then YOU having to explain when your DR is available. The refuse to bll insurance they have on file so once you do have insurance, just run away to higher ground!!!! I never made any agreement to pay without my insurance being billed and it is illegal to balance bill a patient if you have not billed their insurance on file, and received an explanation of benefits of how much is the patients portion of you are a contracted provider with that insurance. My insurance has this provider as in network which means they are contracted.

I am so glad I got insurance so I never have to use this center again. The primary care doctor is ok, though she pushes a lot of medicine instead of preventive care. But the gynecologist is the worst I've ever experienced. Not only does he make even the most basic procedure (the Pap) an excruciating and stressful experience, but I received a diagnosis that was disproven by a second opinion. I don't have a high opinion about the lab on site for this reason, as well. It's bad enough that the place is run-down and that the office staff are unfriendly and ignore questions (especially in English), but the careless staff had me worried for two years that I was sick with a condition I don't actually have! When I presented with no symptoms, I had two other doctors examine me and they found NOTHING. I have become very distrustful of doctors for this reason, among others. I don't recommend this center, although in this ridiculously broken system we have, a lot of people will have no choice but to go here. But if at all possible, MAKE IT YOUR LAST CHOICE, your LAST RESORT. You're better off finding a doctor with a sliding scale than put up with bad medicine.
