1/28/2026 Lo and behold I’m here again! I absolutely hate this company. The only reason I still attend is because I’m at the end of my pregnancy with nowhere else to go. I submitted leave of absence paperwork a week ago and they have still yet to be completed and returned to me and it’s PAST the due date. Went there this morning because calling is so USELESS! I sat waiting outside until 8:28am with the doors locked and waiting to sheesh to a rep for 15 minutes just to fast the office is closed today but no reason why. Then she gives me an extension 2004 to follow up on my paperwork and the line rings three times then goes silent. Can’t even leave a voicemail. My last appointment I used on 1/22 a medical assistant took it upon herself to schedule on her own without my consent. I was scheduled for high point that morning at 10:15am was on time wasn’t seen until 10:40ish no apology or anything. I noticed several days later that at 9:46am someone made my next appointment to a location that is way out of my traveling distance. Not only that it was WITHOUT my knowledge. When I messaged and asked that they do not schedule appointments without my knowledge no apology was given just a snarky question “do I want to keep the appointment?” My c-section was scheduled at a hospital that I made perfectly clear I didn’t even want to go to. I’ve had this conversation several times with my OB that I wanted to deliver with Baycare at Morton Plant. I’m so frustrated with this place. They are very disorganized, dysfunctional, no respect for time, lack of communication and overall DESERVE THE LOW RATINGS THEY RECEIVE.

I had my first appointment at Avera Health for a complete physical, and I want to share how impressed I was with both Paige Stratton and Dr. Lungren. They were incredibly thorough, patient, and attentive. They took their time with me, reviewed my "My Chart" and answered every question, and made me feel completely cared for. I was even able to get my pap smear and bloodwork done during the same visit, which made the entire process so easy. It was a long appointment, but it was so detailed and comprehensive that it felt absolutely worth it. Their attention to detail and the level of care they showed were outstanding. I truly appreciate both of them and want to acknowledge the excellent job they did.

Today I came to this medical center for my youngest daughter to have a checkup, and the truth is, the care they provide here is excellent. I want to give a special mention to Ms. Kelly Walsh because she treated us wonderfully, always very attentive and with a smile. It's truly good people like her who make all the difference.
