This place has such bad service honestly as soon as I walked in the energy was so bad everybody that works there just looks at you with a dirty look. I had a appointment apparently they sent me a email to “confirm my appointment” but there was nothing there so they gave my appointment to somebody else. I tried to speak to who I thought was a supervisor but it wasn’t. Very rude my daughter missed school for no reason couldn’t even give me a excuse note for the miss understanding 0 stars.

I had a new patient appointment today with a doctor at MCR Health. They called and left me a voicemail to let me know they have canceled my appointment because he is not fully vaccinated and that they only take patients who are fully vaccinated. This is denying a young child healthcare in the United States of America. Wow. Please don't support this business.

Today I waited over an hour to be seen. I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room, then was brought to a storage room/office for my vitals to be taken. After I was taken into an actual room, I waited 35 minutes before the doctor came in. I thought they forgot me in there. They didn’t clean the room. They tore off the old paper and rolled out new. No cleaner. Their chart in their bathroom, every time I have an appointment, hasn’t been updated for 4-5 days. Considering they see 20+ patients a day and the majority does a urine sample in the same bathroom it should be cleaned more than a typical doctor's office. This was the first appointment where they gave any feedback on vitals, baby heart rate, belly measurement, etc. They never put in my chart that I had an ultrasound. I’m 32 weeks pregnant and have never heard back, although I’ve asked on several visits. They say they can’t find my results but they will by the next visit. It’s been over 10 weeks. My portal has never been updated with test results after my first lab results although I’ve had several tests done and am not told my results. I haven’t been happy with MCR health the entire time I’ve going here. I’ve been to 3 facilities and had 4 different doctors/nps. Each place they try to get you in and out as quick as possible. No one has ever asked how I’m feeling/doing. No one has ever given the impression they enjoy their job. Because I had started with them as my OB I’m unable to transfer. They don’t seem to care, update my chart or inform me of anything. I truly wish I would have read the google reviews before I ever went to my first appointment because having this as my experience for my first baby is truly heartbreaking and I hope I can somehow prevent other mothers from having to deal with the same thing.
