I went in today for my annual physical and saw nurse practitioner, Ray… She was such a wonderful, kind and thorough professional. The girls at the front desk attended to me right away and gave me all the necessary paperwork so that I could be seen without delay. The girl who did my blood work was so amazing, she got it right on the first time and was very pleasant to speak with! All in all everyone was so warm and welcoming, I had a really great experience. I'm so glad I found them, you can tell they care about their patients and their reputation! I will stay with them for all my Primary care needs. I would recommend the Genesis Community Health Center highly.

The staff are nice. But the Wait time is at least 45 minutes on average. Im going to switch provider if they don't improve

EVERYTHING about this "event" is WRONG!!!! I have NEVER been to Genesis!!! They are MERELY tenants in the same Building in a COMPLETELY SEPARATE OFFICE SPACE!!! The office I visit is and always has been at this address in Suite #5 -- NOT "Suite 3"!!!, which building is OWNED by the business I utilize: FLORIDA HEALTHCARE ASSOCIATES!!! Google directions NEVER gets anyone to the building OWNERaddress (709 SOUTH FEDERAL HIGHWAY, SUITE #5, BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA 33435)!!! NO ONE too inexperienced to READ A MAP would EVER find this office, as Google "leads" the driver to an EMPTY FIELD, NEXT TO THE RAILROAD TRACKS IN HYPOLUXO!!! THE WORST "directions" EVER!!! Below is an older pic of one of the subject office, 709 South Federal, owned by the Sibia Brothers (GREAT doctors (internists AND ophthamologists), with GREAT Staff in both offices. The building has been painted a lovely chiffon yellow, but ... THE ADDRESS HASN'T CHANGED. Please FIX THIS Google!!! Directions have been WRONG for MONTHS -- for NO good reason!

I love the staff here. Everyone is friendly. Dr Sonia Cullar Meja is a great doctor who provides personalized care. She takes her time to listen to her patients and if you need to contact her outside of your appointment she replies to you promptly. I never had any problems with receiving referrals and prescriptions. I have been coming here for years.

I’ll make this short and sweet. The front receptionist team is great! Absolute sweethearts and professional, as well as my Dr. Now, i have a specific complaint about Natalia, Natalie however it is you spell or say her name. She had me in a room for over 30 MINUTES after telling me she’d be right back just to get blood work. Seems to have passed by her head that we have jobs as well. I was there for a total of almost 3 hours. I understand it gets busy, but for a check up and blood work to be that long is beyond me. Not to mention, I DIDNT EVEN GET MY BLOOD WORK DONE! Highly disappointed.
