Horrible the front desk guy with two earrings in his ears has a very very nasty attitude no customer service skills at all very unprofessional people are coming in with health issues and the type of attitude that he has he needs to work in a different field he stated he is new that doesn’t matter customer service goes a long way he is terrible very bad energy The Maryland office young black guy terrible unprofessional bad customer service.

Horrible staff! They lie and are very rude very poor customer service skills, the only doctors that have ever talked me out of coming in for a visit, Rita aidoo thinks she is in charge very mean woman, they lose your personal health records, and records of your visit ,they give you the run around basically just lies. Doctor leaves and they can't even give you a courtesy call to tell you if you want to get another provider, just not a very organized place that I will not put my health issues in there hands they do not care about your well being

Now I must say they are very professional but everyone can use a little room for adjustment at times. So y’all have a more better view to help assistant or accommodate everyone issues health problems as they maybe presented at the present time. And this would hopefully like a helping hand why keeping better secure working environment that are following by law protocol guidelines of OSHA and Justice Department regulations you would’ve thought by now they would had put together to help in reestablishing what healthcare is supposed to look. Because it’s almost like there performance actually has dropped to the lowest standards since last reporting at this particular locations. Especially when the healthcare needs to upper there anding specially after the covid scars everywhere around the world. How dare they went from good rating to poorer service last reporting was made their. But everything within the health industry should’ve getting a lot more better in dealing with health providers services would’ve thought by now. So I must give them a low rating which has tremendously dropped in service clients, as well as consumer services.⭐️⭐️
