I am writing to share my experience with the Community of Hope clinic located in Ward ___, Washington, DC, in hopes that it leads to improvement in patient care. Unfortunately, my experience with several of the female providers felt judgmental and dismissive, particularly toward patients from this specific ward. This created an uncomfortable environment that did not feel supportive or patient-centered. Additionally, communication has been a consistent issue. Follow-ups are often delayed, and there is a noticeable lack of timely responses to patient concerns. On multiple occasions, I was left waiting extended periods for prescriptions to be sent, even after being properly diagnosed. These delays can be extremely frustrating and concerning, especially when dealing with ongoing or urgent health issues. Community of Hope serves an important role in this area, and I truly believe it has the potential to do better. I strongly encourage leadership to look into provider-patient interactions, responsiveness, and prescription processing times to ensure patients are treated with respect, dignity, and timely care.

I received excellent service from the time I walked in to the service received from my dentist Mr. Le and his amazing assistant. I also truly appreciate free ample parking in a well lit and very clean parking garage attached to the building. Great job to all!! Thank You!
