After doing a tour at my job, I was so impressed that I started to see Dr Wilson as my primary doctor. my doctor was retiring so I was looking for a doctor. 14th Street office is the best office ever! Dr Wilson is the best doctor I ever had. The staff is unbelievably kind and considerate. I actually had to call for an appt and spoke to his nurse Nicki, and she told me she was off the day I was coming in and was sorry she wouldnt be there to meet me because I sound like a great person!!!! Who says that! I love this place. Even the guard at the door offered to hold my umbrella for me because it was pouring! Exceptional service. They must have a great office manager!!

My whole family goes to this doctors office, the best experience i have ever had with a medical facility, these people love there job,you can just tell that they come to work because they truely love it, not just for the paycheck.

I call today about an issue I was facing. I spoke with Nurse Desiree and she told me to go to a med Express! Really I'm calling my primary care office and you tell me to go elsewhere​. I was told I would receive a call back and never did. This is truly sad and unacceptable very disappointed. This occurred at the Newark office Marrows Road.

This health services company has both efficiency and ethical problems. A routine diagnosis done by one of their physicians was coded wrongly in the system, which in turn lead to my insurance company refusing to cover the charges. After repeatedly calling them at least 4 times after receiving the service, I was told by phone that they had corrected it, when it fact they hadn't. Looks like paying $1800 a month for health insurance a month can get you nowhere (a run around with unethical providers who give you the runaround to get stuff their own backs at the expense of patients) if such incompetent and unethical firms operate in the marketplace. This one is sure to go as a case study in the class room.
