not able to schedule appt. without it going to a machine and then no one calls you back, very frustrating, that was a while back but now so it is now April on 2021 and nothing has changed, I did get an answer to be told they didn't have an appt there I hurt my hand about a month ago now and I have a huge lump on my hand that needed an exray I didn't need a big visit or to be weighed just a referral to get a exray instead my hand has healed with a lump on the top of my hand what will they be able to do with it now, I am so disappointed the people are nice but can't help they are booked, can't go to med express or the hospital insurance won't pay cause it isn't considered an emergeny, NO HELP HERE probably made it worse

This is the absolute worst healthcare facility ever. Extremely extremely unprofessional. They do not and the phone. I’ve seen the receptionists blatantly ignore the calls. Thank hey do not answer your pharmacy when you need your prescription refilled and it takes over 2 months to even get any kind of appointment. If I could rate negative stars I would. Avoid at all costs.

I normally liked this office... but it has been a lot of changes since I last came... There is absolutely no privacy between patients in rooms and I’m confident that violates the HIPPA law! Additionally, for this to be a doctor's office located in a predominantly black neighborhood there is beginning to be far less black doctors and medical assistants... Lastly, the upkeep on this building declines more and more each time and for you not to keep it up shows exactly how you care about your patients/ customers!!! How can you promise to look after my body but refuse to look after your building.... After my appointment today, I will begin to look for a new Doctor’s office because sadly this facility no longer suites me!

Worse I don't know if they have gotten better. Anytime, a doctor gets mad because of wrongful judgements. I think is and or was a smack in the face to the community, city and those who were and are patients. Anytime, doctor never introduce themselves, look you in your eye a time or two to show professionalism and great bedside manner. I wouldn't even recommend anyone to go there. Should 've been shut down.
