I went there for years they messed up my teeth and it was constant xrays exposing me to a lot of radiation, they said it was harmless if you had a jacket on, I never understood this, why do you walk out of the room? Why don't you just place a jacket on and stand there next to me? Now my teeth are in pretty bad condition, with the constant drilling small holes causing future cavities, it was a way to have me constantly go back, I do not eat a lot of sugar, I do not have a sweet tooth, I brushed and flossed 2-three times a day with constant rinse in between yet I always have seemed to always have had a cavity that appeared out of no where, and no Im not a smoker iether. They say fluoride is good for you, they give you fluoride capsules if you do not have fluoride in your tap water, after doing some research, fluoride is the worst thing you can put in your mouth, it's actually the number one ingredient in rat poisoning, that is why they say behind each toothpaste that contains fluoride, if swallowed, call poison control !
Worst lazy provider ever! I'm extremely frustrated with the service I've been receiving. This is the third time they've rescheduled my appointment, and I'm still waiting for my first pregnancy test checkup. As a pregnant woman, I'm anxious to know if everything is normal with my pregnancy, but they're not providing me with any information. I'm almost three months pregnant, and the constant delays wasted my time. I could have sought care elsewhere by now. I'm disappointed and upset.
Very unprofessional providers. I arrived to my appointment at a time what I thought it was and turned out I came late which was on me but when the receptionist told the provider that I was late the provider made a comment and said “ absolutely not” as in they cannot take me. Which I felt was uncalled for. As a provider you should talk professionally towards patients. It could’ve been a simple “I am sorry, we cannot take you at this moment because you missed your appointment.” There was also attitude given from the provider stating they have another patient that’s coming in soon. Why should I have to know all of that why should I have to feel unimportant in that moment. Certain comments do not need to be made. Where is the compassion for patients. I told the receptionist I am sorry I thought the appointment was at a certain time and I got it mixed up. I no longer wanted to continue the service with them. These people just listen to you talk about your problems and don’t do anything anyways. So them not taking me in was not an issue. I am a licensed nurse, someone that’s in the field. I speak to my patients with respect and compassion.
The staff is rude! My mom is sick and she just doesn’t want to have to be there already and for them to give this kind of health service is disappointing. Get it together or quit your position. Your attitude is not acceptable.
My 3 children and I have been patients at this location for nearly 10 years , I was considering changing primary care for my family due to CONSTANT rescheduling issues, availability and attitudes . But today I have reconsidered all thanks to a nurse named ROSEANNE ( I hope I spelt that right ) . I needed to schedule physicals for my 2 sons as soon as possible , and let me tell you I am so blessed, grateful, and thankful that Roseanne answered the phone ! First off her voice was pleasant on the phone (RARE! because sadly I have been hung up on before at this location) , she was attentively listening and even offered times at the other Staywell locations!! No one was ever kind and patient enough to do so! She really went the EXTRA MILE when it’s not even her job to schedule patients !! I couldn’t get my 2 sons booked together but she got the closest availability for them on different days , in Naugatuck and Phoenix , which was wonderful because I needed the physicals done before 6/30. She even took her time to explain the parking at the Naugatuck location ! What a blessing she is !! ..the best part tho is the fact that SHE CALLED ME BACK due to a parent cancelling her 2 daughters appointments and was able to schedule my sons for today !! I was shocked that she called me and was able to do this ! What a Godsend, Roseanne I truly thank you , I hope Staywell appreciates and values someone like you , AND HIRE MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER !! 🙏🏾❤️
