Idk what people are talking about on here, literally in and out in 30 mins and had my cleaning, exams and x-rays done for under $300. Can't find that anywhere
I had an appointment at 8:45am @ dental department 01/23/2024. I was running 3 min late so I called front desk to let them know and ask if I can still come for my appointment I’m 2 min away. Front desk told me yes as long as it’s before 9:00am. I arrived around 8:50am. The front desk check me in and told me take a seat. At 9:00am she told me the provider stated she could only see me if her 9:15am appointment doesn’t come in. I sat and waited this whole time just for desk to say out loud “ she won’t be able to see you because her 9:15 appt just came in” this is all she said to me. And let’s not forgot they rescheduled my first appointment a couple days before because they said the provider as an emergency. Where is the manners such as I’m sorry she won’t be able to see you today would you like to reschedule for another day. I’m writing this to say that you guys are very unprofessional and need to communicate better .
Awful. Wish I read the reviews of the dental office prior to making an appointment. I showed up this morning at 8:15am to my son’s appointment and they told me they had a flooding issue (gross) and needed maintenance to come so they were not able to see my son for his appointment. I had re arranged my entire morning for this appointment. I don’t think I’ve ever showed up to an appointment where a professional has not been able to see me or my family members and had to cancel. The receptionist was not apologetic and seemed to not care about the inconvenience. In fact, it sounds like this type of thing is typical for this office. Very unprofessional, location isn’t great and I would be willing to bet it’s not the most hygienic. This was our 1st appointment so I have never been inside. Needless to say, we won’t be going back. Found a different dentist immediately.
Scheduling a dental appointment with them is a joke. They’ll just call you the month of and reschedule stating that the dr isn’t going to be in or is leaving early. They rescheduled me three times and the dates are just not convenient. I’m ecstatic that I was able to find a professional dental office somewhere else.
New Remodel Building doesn't mean Services are best... Administration needs to re-assets also... The hill to parking lot is awful...rigth by Boston rd edge... For sure is hazzard for people with Disabilities.
