Overall UCFS Norwich CT is ok. I go there for a few things in regards to My health. They offer Women’s services as well as dental etc. and also have an in house Pharmacy. Everyone I have had communication with were pleasant. I gave 3 stars because of the dental part of UCFS. My normal Dentist Dr. Vesali is lovely and empathetic. A wonderful Dentist with a great bedside manner. However today She was busy and I had the dis pleasure of putting my care into the hands of Dr. Neiberg. Upon walking into the room She did not say hello nor introduce Herself. She treated Me like a leper in regards to the Covid vaccine. And then gave Me stats on how many People have it. In regards to the care She didn’t give Me any options not refer Me to a Dentist that could be a good match for Me regarding the Work I needed. She was unpleasant the entire time and the experience was more than awkward. I would not suggest Her. I would take a Dental student over Her Years of practice. Dr. Vesali is the ideal of Dentistry when it comes down to it. Especially If You want to be treated like a human being. A bit of advice for You Dr. Neiberg…don’t let your personal matter of opinion interfere with what you’re there to do and what you’ve e been trained to do. I assume You’re getting paid to Work on Peoples teeth NOT berate them for a vaccine that is doing more harm then good.

My husband and myself went there for both of our covid shots. We were completely satisfied with both of our visits. Everyone was so nice to us. I would recommend them to everyone.

Nobody wants to help you . . They all tell you that it's not their department. I am so frustrated with the lack of responsibility in all of the 5 people I spoke with. And with the last girl I spoke to, she was all too happy not to assist me. When she thought she hung up, I heard her say " Oh Lord." I'm shaking my head, undeniably disrespectful. I would appreciate some management to contact me about this. I'm hoping this platform will be heard by someone who can help me.

Can I give it 6 stars. Doctors and support staff that always take the extra step to be professional and provide personal services. I have the best clinicians imaginable. I am very fortunate to have this facility so close to home. I am so very thankful to all who work there. I know I am there often but I feel like they care about me and my well being. A smile and a hello go a long ways when you are not feeling well. Professionals you can talk with and take the time to listen. Doctors and support staff that angels. Healers with brains and compassion. Thank you all for helping me learn how to become healthy.
