Hi en my experience the service is very good the referidos, all I need appointment etc is fast , I can’t complain . The only thing is when it’s cold a lot of people no have car and they hace to wait outside until the clinic opens so please at least consider that.
This place sucks! Either they need to be retrain or they need a whole new staff that actually wants to work and help their patients. Waiting for three days for papers that are for more services to help my son and having to come back and still wait because the papers aren’t correct is insane!
The front desk is very rude. they don't answer questions, they cut me off mid sentence, they don't respond in a friendly matter, they don't offer any help. They just don't care, it's mostly the guys. And about the pediatricians, they are not careful when it comes to prescribing medicine. They prescribed my baby a medicine that was not supposed to be put on the eyes, I trusted them enough and I applied the prescription onto my babies eyes and she had a very bad reaction for using a product that wasn't for the eyes.
Gerald Simplice is a great Doctor!! I have no complaints! She is always available when I call and goes above and beyond to make sure all areas are covered!
I’m an expecting mother. I walked in on Saturday because I woke up feeling very sick. The lady at the front desk was not helpful at all. She had a terrible attitude, did not put me in contact with any doctor, gave me no helpful information, was not even capable of ask a doctor or a nurse if I needed urgent care. She advised me to do whatever I thought was more convenient or wait until my next appointment. I don’t understand how these kinds o people work for healthcare. I’ve been a scheduling coordinator before and I always went above and beyond for my patients but I guess not everybody care for other people, in that case they should try to find another field.
