Used to be a decent place, now stear clear of this place all they do is waste time and piss people off. Awful place ran by awful people, here is an example of how they operate, they decided to "offer vouchers" during the government shutdown and rather than have a simple signup list they thought it would be fun to make people clammer and fight their way in line every morning in the freezing cold at 6am only to look for any way to DQ anyone as if that is in the interest of health. Their prescribers are about as on par as the character Dr Steven Brule. I am submitting formal complaints to the state medical board. These people only care about themselves and dont give a dam about you or your problems.

2 weeks ago I complained and put a review about the new security guy wanting to call the cops on me for smoking a cigarette on the sidewalk,and ever since nothing! I been going to my appointments without smoking a cig out there and still I feel harassed while I'm waiting to be called in by my doctor or consuler security checking up on me for what??? people come here to feel better and talk about their problems and health not to be harassed for smoking a cig on the sidewalk!!and u complain and complain and nothing is done about it but they are quick to take your insurance money!!

I received excellent care during my visit, but the receptionist's behavior significantly detracted from the overall experience. As someone with an accent, I felt spoken to in a condescending manner, which was both unnecessary and unprofessional. Upon arrival for my appointment, the receptionist was engrossed in her phone and kept me waiting for about five minutes before acknowledging me. This is unacceptable, especially when she wasn't assisting other patients or colleagues. I hope the clinic addresses this issue to ensure all patients feel respected and valued.

ACTUALLY THE WORST CLINIC EVER!! they dont care, suggest all your issues are related to anxiety and make you wait like a stupid person for 1.5 hours to see a doctor for 10 minutes. I have a life. The most unconsiderate clinic ive ever been to. I will be leaving.

I've read negative comments regarding reception but I must disagree. I unfortunately have had many issues in regards to referrals by my doctors, leaving me to call frequently to rectify. Reception has been PHENOMENAL everytime. They've always been courteous and gone above and beyond to help try and handle my MANY COMPLICATED situations, and were very thorough. Any "red tape issues" are NOT their fault however they have worked tirelessly to try and help me resolve issues and have been SUCCESSFUL at such most of the time. So I say... Thank You to them. The on site blood lab is wonderful, convenient and fast. Having Dental, Behavioral Health and Gynecology at their locations is also a plus. However... there are A LOT of clients. This obviously leads to delays for appointment availability. Staff i feel is a bit overloaded(common everywhere now) and I feel some issues would probably be avoided if not for that. I have had Consistent errors in every single specialist referral sent out and THAT is MY number one problem. This seems to be an issue with MY particular medical professional but not all. Other clients with other doctors don't seem to have this same issue. So all in all if living in New haven area it has its conveniences.
