I would give this less then a star if possible. I had an appointment for the sliding scale fee which is just to go over income which is unbelievable that this is something they can't do over the phone. My appointment was for 1:30. The lady called me over as soon as she was able and then realized I wasn't her client. There were two workers there with no clients while I was waiting for my appointment. Then she goes to tell me the person went on break so she would be back in a bit. Why would they schedule my appointment on someone's break for one. For two I visibly saw this female worker leave at 1:30. She may not have known I was her client but I'm positive she knew she had an appointment for 1:30. Unbelievable. I waited her whole 30 minute break before I was seen, which is a normal waiting time yes. But to know they went on break literally when she was supposed to have an appointment is so unprofessional, I was there at 1:25. It's not like I was 5 or 10 minutes late and she was waiting around. I drove far away for this appointment too because this place is supposed to be helpful going by your income. There is another place closer to me but they didn't provide the services I needed. This other place close to me I do a payment plan with them. This lady told me immediately that I'm over the income, again why they couldn't simply tell you this on the phone is beyond me. Absolutely ridiculous. So okay, I'm over the income can't they do a payment plan etc for what I needed? Apparently that wasn't the person's job to find out and directed me somewhere else. Will never recommend this place nor ever go back.
I had a pleasant experience at this medical centre. My appointment was prompt. I even arrived early and they took me back 15 minutes ahead of schedule. The doctor was nice and seemed very knowledgeable. I would definitely visit this office again.
You wouldn't believe how hard it is to find a good dentist these days especially when you have husky insurance for adults. This office is very clean, very sanitary, very polite staff, and very welcoming environment for all. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers teeth which is refreshing . Nice to be talked to like a human about what's going on in my mouth, thank you all for your excellent service
I really like my PCP; Anna Graham is thorough, compassionate, and professional. My problem with CSHH lies with payment of my bill. I always have a copay, but they never collect my copay at the appointment. Instead, I see a bill on MyChart that does not allow me to pay it on the MyChart portal. Months after the appointment, I get an invoice through USPS, which gives a website, as if it is possible to pay the bill online. No such luck. The website refers you to a phone number only available during normal business hours. So, I am left to either wait on hold for who knows how long to submit my HSA card information for payment and then get another invoice months later showing the same outstanding balance, or entrust my HSA card information with the USPS when I send it by mail. YNHH makes it really easy to pay your bill via the MyChart portal. Why can't CSHH do the same?
I received my vaccination yesterday. I received a telephone call from the staff to confirm the time. I was taken as soon as I walked in the door. I appreciated that the vaccination is given in a trailer, which limits the number of people there, decreasing the chance that others are there for sick visits. I was able to park a few steps away from the entrance. Everyone was friendly, professional and wearing appropriate ppp equipment, I was given an appointment for the second vaccination right then. Well done Cornell Scott.
