I hate to even give them ANY stars but no stars was not an option. I’ve been waiting for this appointment since November 2025 and even took time off work to make it happen. They cancelled it because I “didn’t confirm fast enough” and when I called literally within like, 30 minutes of the cancellation notice, they had already given my slot away! The policy might exist, but enforcing it this aggressively is not patient-friendly! It should not be this hard to keep an appointment you have waited months for. I honestly don’t understand how they can treat patients like that, especially new patients. I won’t be following up with this practice. Their loss. 💸💸💸
One star is even a stretch but this place is absolutely horrible . They have taken on more people than they know what to do with and all us patients end up suffering because of it . Asking to have your doctor call back to review test results is it literally impossible . For four days I had screenshot the length of time I’ve spent talking to all the customer service reps and all the time being placed on hold And it was a total of almost 6 hours !!!!!! . When I actually got through with someone ( I have a dozen different names that I’ve written down to whom I’ve talked to ) they entered my messages as high priority/urgent and STILL had no call back . Not from any assistant , Not any doctors or not even any department managers , NOBODY !!!! To make matters worse every operator kept telling me my DR said that my results have not come in yet when IN FACT they’ve been sitting there for four days because I talked to the person @ imaging that signed it and sent it through via fax four days prior . Where the faxes get sent in that building and who takes care of it from there I have no Idea but clearly none of you are on the same page and it shows. People are better off going to the walk-in clinic or the emergency room for anything rather than come here .
Dr. Meredith Campbell is the reason I come here. Her and her team are fantastic. She always addresses my concerns, and will work with you to find a solution. I’ve never had a relationship with a doctor before that I feel safe and heard. She really is the best.
Dr. Shah and his hygienist Marie were a great team as they replaced a filling that had come loose and was exposing a nerve. Marie totally set me at ease and kept me laughing throughout the visit. I could tell she loves her job and her patients, even when she was scolding me for brushing too aggressively at home. Granted, I am one of those weirdos who love going to the dentist (I take naps during root canals)… but I have to say this visit was one of my best dental experiences. Ever.
CHC has impressed me for many years with the high standard of care, both medical and dental, with which they have provided me. I have never felt as though my low-income status has led to any compromises being made with regards to my health. Beyond that, the administrative staff is professional, courteous, and helpful to a degree that exceeds what I had come to expect from private practices. Everyone there has been eager to help and willing to cooperate when we've run into difficulties, medical or otherwise.
