If I could give this place zero stars I would, I went into get my mothers blood drawn and the nurse asked my mom if she could pee and my mom said yes if she gets some water and that lady rolled her eyes and spoke to my mom with such attitude. When my mom went and peed the nurses amongst themselves started giggling and said “is she okay did she fall asleep in there” and proceeded to laugh amongst themselves. Although this doesn’t seem as dramatic, in what world is it okay to make fun of a patient for not being able to use the bathroom? As a persona working in the medical field, what makes it okay to treat your patients with such disgusting behavior. As a person of color, this made the whole situation even more upsetting because they thought we couldn’t understand them. If you don’t want to do your job, then quit, don’t burden the patients with this. Also, working in the health department requires you to have bedside manner, so if you can’t do that then find another job. Absolutely disgusting. Teach your workers, even kids have better understanding of respect than these nasty hearted people.
very low budget place , just went for a cleaning and how uninterested she was in knowing any background or anything and just got right to work was shocking , didn’t seem passionate at all. The work was done really quick also. Makes me feel like I didn’t really get a cleaning. If it’s in a ran down place that’s how they’ll act I guess. They should take more pride in the work they do especially working in peoples mouths
It has a low-cost service, which is good, the downside is that some doctors and assistants provide poor treatment and service, showing a lack of interest, which I think is due to work fatigue or I don't know what else. Until tomorrow, the doctor prescribed steroidal anti-inflammatories very easily without reviewing my medical history or treating other milder conditions or warning about their use. Even with primary psychological problems, they prescribe medication, which I think is a bad diagnosis.
Customer service needs to improve. I called to make a dental appointment as a new patient. They put me on hold for 15 minutes and then responded as if I was bothering them. When they asked me something, they wouldn't let me answer properly. When they finally gave me the appointment, they just hung up on me and didn't let me speak. Just because they're community services doesn't mean they should treat the community poorly.
