It's always been my understanding that one-on-one therapy is supposed to be about what I need to talk about not a curriculum set by the therapist. I had a list of things I wanted to talk about but she just had her own thing. It was just her I'm not saying they're all like that.

I was going to intercommunity For some time while I was I started to go to Common Ground in the East Hartford branch and I was helping staff out every day I was there. I didn’t get any recognition or a thank you from staff. I left and I definitely won’t be returning. My PCP and Psychiatrist was great. It’s very hard to get someone on the phone. It’s sad that the health care is so in for the dollars and not for the people who are trying to help out and then they throws you under the bus. Expects you not going to notice or even care. A lot of favoritism, going on in the East Hartford buildings. Very disappointed. I was very hurt by staff and their actions. Very Poor.

I absolutely love the staff at InterCommunity of course at the top of my list is Anthony (APRN) and Chaz (MA). They are amazing. Anthony has been on my life journey with me from day one of me becoming a patient and I couldn’t ask for a more caring, attentive and knowledgeable provider. Hugs and kisses to Anthony and Chaz they are the best!
Be Will Be
If you want people that can't pick up a phone, reschedule and discharge you for their incompetence, this place is perfect. You can call 30 times and not one person will call back in MONTHS!!!! Ridiculous because I loved my psychiatrist himself. I hope you can get away from the incompetent people he's working with. The fact that y'all so quick to respond to a 1 star than for a patient pisses me off more than y'all just not commenting. Don't waste your time at this location.
