Absolutely horrible. Always understaffed, you have to wait a year for an appointment. They changed my appointment time without my consent and did not inform me and I had to reschedule. They said it was because the doctor was not going to be in but they failed to inform me. They couldn’t get me in for another year.
Connecticut Institute for communities, they are providing good service to the communities, they are doing a good job it seems. I saw people going in and out. They are a little more developed than before. They do different programs too, one can call and ask how they run their institution and they will instruct you or give you information how they can help you into their different developments or their different programs. I think they are doing a good job and I wish them well as they help to educate and also do what they do best for their communities.
A relative had been trying for weeks to get an appointment here and were incapable of helping until the husband showed up in person!! You mean to say its that hard to provide the correct and necessary information over the phone for someone to get prenatal care?? I pray her visits go well!!
I've been using this facility for years. The staff is amazingly dedicated! The medical professionals are top notch. Keep in mind that it's part of Danbury Hospital and that Danbury Hospital is a, "teaching institution." So, at least in the Dental section, you'll be treated by students. Bear in mind that the next step for these dentists is in private practice. So, they're already pretty experienced. Never-the-less, they are all closely watched by the senior dentists who have literally decades of experience in their respective fields. I've gone there for cleanings, fillings, an implant, et.c. Clearly I have great faith in them all! I also use this facility for the specialists. I've seen Rheumatologists, Dermatologists, Orthopedic Surgeons, Spine Specialists and more. The only negative comment I have is that although the building has handicapped parking, the specialty clinic is on the other side of the building. So, it's a bit of a hike from handicapped parking (with a cane, walker or wheelchair) to get to see your specialist. That's the ONLY reason I rated it 4 stars.
This place is a nice develop place , you can get to asked any questions you to asked. Nice atmosphere, recommendable, good parking, nice place. Everyone is busy helping others. Good service going on there from i saw. I went there in no time i was through with questions. Security service as well is good.
