The individual I spoke with at the call center to schedule my baby's appointment was unhelpful and impolite. New patients with infants should be advised to arrive approximately 30 minutes early to complete the extensive, ten-page-plus required paperwork. An online option for this process would also be beneficial. While the doctor was competent, her primary focus appeared to be the completion of paperwork, even as my baby was distressed and crying uncontrollably. My request to complete the forms at a subsequent visit was denied. A greater degree of consideration would be appreciated.

I’m writing because I’m extremely upset and in pain right now. When I was under your care, I had cavities that you diagnosed, but you waited months between appointments to treat them. My new dentist has now told me that one of those same teeth has deteriorated so badly that I need a root canal. This could have been avoided if my treatment had been done in a reasonable timeframe. I trusted your office to address my dental issues before they got worse, and now I’m left with severe pain, a much more invasive procedure, and a lot of frustration. I want to understand why my treatment was delayed for months after diagnosis and why no one told me the tooth could reach this point

Most of the staff is friendly, Wait time is ok, like in any other Dr's office. I've been seen by Emily Carter, APRN, for a few years and she's the best. Great bedside manners, caring, would address any concerns and thoroughly order lab tests, imaging, referrals, etc.....

Reception and schedules are always professional! Made appointment for teeth cleaning in December of last year. Finally the day of my teeth cleaning had arrived and the experience left me feeling as if I was at the veterinarian not at a dentist office. Arrived on time, not a long wait but the experience was horrific! After the cleaning I immediately rescheduled with another hygienist for a six months check up. Very disappointing experience with Dr. Dolittle AKA Frankenstein hygienist.
