Have to be seen for my dislocated knee but sat on hold 15 minutes with not a single person picking up the phone.
Susan Holmes has been great for Lori and I. Highly recommend!
If you are looking for a Quantiferon blood test (aka TB blood test)....DO NOT GET THIS DONE HERE!!!! No one knows how to do it properly, and I found this out by pure "trial and error". I needed this test done for Nursing school, and for some reason, they sent an NA to perform this test. This is NOT an easy blood test; it requires four separate tubes to be filled, thus requiring a very skilled hand to do so. This NA had no idea how to do this test properly, and ended up attempting this test twice on BOTH arms before telling me that I needed to go somewhere else because "they had no idea how to do this". I was told that I would get a referral to the hospital for said testing; however, I never received any referral. Instead, I received a bill for BOTH tests that the NA performed, which were completely unsuccessful. There was no note or accurate reporting on my account that would reflect exactly what happened during my visit. The only thing that was listed on my "visit notes" was that the test was performed and that the "value" was "exercise"....which can only mean to me that it was practice for a student. At the very least I wanted them to refer me to someone who could perform this test. I NEED THIS FOR NURSING SCHOOL. What the heck!!!!
This facility is just what the doctor ordered! In times when people are ill, whether physically or mentally, the staff are very helpful and responsive. The front end girls are kind, helpful and remain calm even in stressful situations. The medical staff have always been very knowledgeable and tend to give advice that includes options for resolving different issues. Not just jumping into medication dispensing but allowing the patient to make choices about their care while being informed of best options. The experience of the staff is something I appreciate so that I feel confident in diagnoses and subsequent paths to health. Thank you for all you do!
My second time with the dental clinic here. They are AMAZING! Dr. Grove and his assistant Sari are an incredible team. Wonderful people, describing everything they do… my mind was never at ease before, in a dental chair. I never thought it could be! These two proved otherwise. Dr. Grove was wonderful and my chipped teeth, are now a thing of the past. I recommend highly and am so grateful to have a not only a great dental team, but affordable as well.
