Thank you to the awesome staff at UMC Dental. I can't say enough good things about this office. So grateful to have you in Norwood.
The staff were pleasant and attentive. My appointment was kept on time. Dr. Robin and assistant Trinity took their time and answered all of my many many questions.
I feel fortunate to have a place like UMC nearby. The whole staff is always friendly and responsive. Plus I know my concerns and questions will always be answered thoroughly and with great care.
Overall, UMC is definitely one of the best small town medical centers I've experienced; clean facilities, knowledge and friendly personnel and definitely the best bed side manner. My nurse and my doctor were both amazing. They listened and heard and did their due diligence and I have nothing but praise for them. The only complaint I have is regarding the patient navigator. She did not navigate well with me. I left multiple messages regarding scheduling important scans and received no call backs from her. After not hearing from her for days, I got ahold of a different staff member who was able to at least give me the information I needed to move forward. I did not receive any information from her on financial assistance or payment options on my first or second visits. I did finally get that figured out (with the help of the front desk staff) when I checked in at my third visit. In my opinion, patient intake and follow-up are extremely important and in my case the ball was dropped entirely.
I have been a patient at the UMC for over 20 years. The health services that I am getting from the clinic there is amazing. I am so grateful for their care and concern for my well being. I feel we are very fortunate to have such a professional and "high quality of care" clinic in our remote rural community. KUDOS to UMC.
