So I just got off the phone a gal named Erica. I had a question about the discount card and I was telling her no about something and trying to explain myself and she told me go ahead all rude and then after I allowed her to talk to me, she then proceeded to be to be rude and tell me let’s back track and see why you can’t understand that? Like excuse me you are gonna try to act like a patient is dumb and doesn’t have common sense? Even during the call she can’t even say hello I had to be the one to say something. Is this our healthcare?
I made an appointment for my tooth the dentist wouldn't look at it. Told me I have to go to denver. Then made an appointment for 2 weeks. My tooth is cracked and im in so much pain. The worst denist I have ever been to.
Came in yesterday morning for a sick call or walk in and was immediately told in a rude way that they don’t do that anymore. This morning I got an appointment and the gal suggested putting a mask on. I know I don’t have strep. She then proceeded to yell at me from across the room in front of other patients over a mask. This place is getting out of hand. Her manager came in and immediately you could tell she didn’t care either. I feel bad for that elderly people who heard her say what she said to me in the waiting room. Do better High Plains!!
The PA'S there's are inconsiderate & they have no people skills. The inconsistency between the PA'S they stereo type you as a person seeking drugs this PA .Mark Vonharrer & Jesse Voth Gaeddart are a joke when it comes to professionalism i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone they are inconsiderate & down right arrogant if I could go -5 I would they think they are better than us patients the quality of care is very unprofessional they are about making $$$$ there people skills are -10 I wouldn't take a sick dog there Dr. Bewley & Hudson& Abbott were the best !!! We lost a great physician when Dr.Hudson past away he was a caring Dr. Unlike these young kids that are arrogant
Recently I had Dr check up, most place I have been before I don't get right a way respond but Dr Jesse Voth, take care all my concerns right away and request been takecare that same day. Which I never heard or seen from any other physician or nursing practitioner. They always say I let you know. Also he is kind and nice.Thank you Dr Voth for your immediate response.
