Staff was annoying and unfriendly. They said that it would be 20-60$ for a visit but after arriving they quoted me $240. I came in because one of my friends visited me and they had strep throat. I got strep all the time as a kid so I know what it is like. When I started showing symptoms I knew that this is what I had. They had 0 telehealth options and wanted to run many tests even though it was obvious I had strep. This office will do everything in there power to change maximum fees.

Called to make an appointment, got sent on goose chase waiting on hold with several people then sent to a voicemail to who knows and never received a call back. Phenomenal customer service skills… NOT. The women on the phone do not care at all.

Great community clinic nice people. Pleasant service clean rooms, up to date tools, , calm atmosphere. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago to have my ear looked at because I can barely hear out of it. swimming cause some water too block my ear with wax. No pain this time thank God, no infection thank God. So I just paid $220, not the final bill. To be told that. I'm not trying to be rude, but I already know there was wax next to my eardrum. having to pay the clinic to deduce what I told them so they can refer me to a specialist to pay more. In 3 weeks of waiting half deaf. Guess I'm just going to be half deaf from now on. Thanks for telling me what I already knew and also got grandma's advice on how to hurt my ear.
