Unmatched patient care. This has been the best healthcare experience I’ve ever had as someone who has been to the doctors a lot for various chronic illnesses. Amber Solis has been excellent in informed consent and truly caring and listening to her patients. She’s an incredible provider and human being. Also thank you to Selina Barragan for being such a delight and amazing provider. I love this place couldn’t recommend more!

Great experience both times I've been there, got referred to a doctor for what I've wanted to have checked for a long time on our first meeting and was later able to schedule a same day appointment when I got seriously sick. There's a pharmacy in the same location so I was able to come home with the the prescribed medication, great place, really.

The doctor that I seen here was a woman and she was amazing. Actually, I want her to become a primary doctor. She saw something was Wrong for my check up so she gave me medicine to Feel better she set an appointment for me to come back and to make sure that I was feeling way much better but when she set the appointment, it was too early so they Try to reschedule another appointment for me, but the Front Desk ladies had me sitting in the lobby room for almost an hour waiting on my doctor before they even told my doctor I was there so I ended up leaving and now is going on almost 2 months before I can even be seen again to make sure I’m OK which I don’t feel like I’m OK I still feel like I am sick and something is wrong. I feel the latest at the front desk is very unprofessional and they choosing pick the people they actually want to help or that they are concerned about the doctors are doing their best as I can see but the communication skills with the Front Desk is horrible. I’ve never been to a hospital or a clinic that takes forever just to make sure if I’m feeling better than what I was feeling like when they first checked on me, I think it’s very unorthodox and unprofessional.

I can’t say enough good things about Tepeyac Community Health Center! From the moment you walk in, the staff greets you with kindness and genuine care. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience feel comfortable and stress-free. A special shout out to Dr. Valenza — absolutely wonderful! She takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and you can tell she truly cares about her patients. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines professionalism with such compassion, and I feel really lucky to be under her care. Thank you to the entire team at Tepeyac for creating such a positive and supportive environment. Highly recommend!
