Dr. Craig with Inner City Health Center Dental is so amazing. If I could give higher stars I would so instead to show my gratitude I've referred everyone I know to them, including my husband and I'm writing this review, when I normally wouldn't have. When I first came to see him, my front tooth was turning brown. I lost my other front tooth is an accident at a very young age. That one has an implant but I wish they would've taken them both out, at least I used to feel that way! Dr. Craig saw that I was in desperate need in other areas of my mouth and we decided to take care of those issues before I could 'fix my smile.' I understood the necessity in this and would schedule several appointments a month and got 1 tooth fixed at a time. It was a lot but every visit Dr. Craig made it go as smoothly as possible (I was in the dentist chair after all! :) He discussed my plan and answered any question I had. He went over and above and was so easy to talk to. Well today, I finally got that smile! I am so pleased with the look I no longer wish they were both gone cause it actually looks and feels better than the implant. I 'grew up' in the dentist chair and I remember a lot of dentist but Dr. Craig is going to be my go-to from now on! Thank you Dr. Craig for giving me a smile I can be proud of and helping that insecure kid!!
The receptionist Barbara needs to work on her facial expressions. It seems like she doesn’t want to work.! I came in for my appointment. She asked me for my name and I gave her my license and she just like gave me a smirk! I gave her my license because people have a hard time pronouncing and spelling my name! And then she told me to email a document to her, so I told her to write it down for me and then she gave me a smirk again! So I just walked out. I didn’t feel comfortable. She needs to work on her customer service.! Just plain rude!
They canceled my very important appointment about SURGERY 30 minutes before the appointment. Now I won’t get the surgery at all. Turns out they’re refusing to see patients unless you have them listed as your primary care on your insurance. Very unethical. It’s also extremely rude to call the day of the appointment to inform patients of this. Do better
