They are not understanding people. I suffer from depression and anxiety and panic attacks, and my daughter has been ill and they call repeatedly and I have been trying to tell them important information about her. They are so rude the would not listen. They kept calling me in one day 4 times sending me into 4 panic attacks, anxiety attacks. They need compassion and active listening skills. I don’t care if I’m on her list, I gave birth to her omg
They won't help me get an oncologist asks ive been nearly diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and about severely low immune system where I could actually die from this. They refuse AMY kind of treatment even though I'm newly out of an abus3d kidnapping situation and just woke from a coma on Christmas eve. This place is pointless..heart less and has no care but to pass you to someone else unhelpful in this god aweful city! I left worth no care to come back. No need side manor.. doesn't believe you work Amy symptoms or even recently being diagnosed cuz i was moved to a new city for my safety... looks like I might die anyways.. thanks lady! You know who you are.. long light brown hair...I JUST A LEFT THERE telling you what a joke it is to not believe people when they are terminal! Law suites will be filed!!
When selecting a facility for care, I paused at choosing Peak Vista. The reviews were not good on Google. But after reading the negative reviews, I found most of them to be unsubstantiated. I decided to try Peak Vista for myself and I am glad I did. My husband also uses this facility. The office staff (enrollment, billing, referral, and appointment line) are all top-notch. I feel like they all care and go above and beyond. The Nurses, PAs and doctors are all patient and willing to work with a lifestyle plan that works for you. They are not pushy. They seem to know that "One size treatment does NOT fit all" and a patients success depends on their willingness to follow a prescribed plan. So working with the patient to get the drugs and treatment options that work for them is the best way to ensure success in their health journey. A special shout-out to my provider Colleen Rose, who is the absolute best provider I have worked with in years. We love the virtual providers and the walk-in clinic. We have used it all. The Labs are so easy and quick to get you in and out. The workers who take your blood are friendly and easy on your arm. :) Even the cleaning lady was sweet and spoke briefly with me. Peak Vista has a patient-friendly culture. I am glad I found this facility.
I love people from other countries but a very thick accent on the telephone can be extremely difficult to understand. I called the 24 hour nurse line and was only able to understand the person enough to know that she wasn't able to help me. She told me to call the office in the morning. A complete waste of time.
Actually really good people work here. They know how hard getting good healthcare and insurance is so they make your time at appointments, worth it. They actually sit with you, answer and ask questions and make a health plan with you and help you on whatever journey you may be embarking on.
